Moist Fudgy Brownies

- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butter, cubed
- 4 Eggland's Best Eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
- In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth.
- Cool slightly. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Stir in vanilla
- and chocolate mixture. Gradually add flour and mix well. Stir in

- 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes
- out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with
