Moist Chocolate Cake

- 1 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Confectioners' sugar
- In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Add egg and butter; mix
- well. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350°
- for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool. Dust with
- confectioners' sugar. Yield: 9 servings.
