- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint or 2 teaspoons dried mint
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- In a bowl, cream butter. Beat in remaining ingredients. Cover and
