"I'm a new wife and mom, so I don't have a lot of time to spend cooking," relates Jennifer Haines of Redford, Michigan. "This meal-in-one is quick and easy to make, plus it tastes so much better than plain warmed-up meat loaf."

"This is a simple really good dish. My family loved it. I made it tonight for the second time and will make many, many more times. Thanks for the recipe."

"I made this recipe using leftover turkey meatloaf and turkey gravy, substituted half of the corn with canned peas and added a 15.5 oz can of drained green beans. easy way to use up my leftover meatloaf and mashed potatoes and our family can probably get 8 or more servings out of this dish (it was HUGE)!"

"My husband complains that I make meatloaves that are too big, since we used to be 6 and are now down to 4 in the family. So when I saw this recipe, I jumped at it! Great way to use up leftover meatloaf! The only change I'd make is that, since I used instant mashed potatoes made with water and milk, next time I think I'll cut the water in half since mixing in the sour cream made the instant potatoes too runny. Or else add more potato flakes to make it stiffer. Otherwise, it was a great way to use up meat loaf."
