Marinated Garden Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup slice radishes
  • 1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
  • 5 cups torn salad greens

Directions

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine the celery, cucumber, carrots, and radishes. Add the dressing and refrigerate for 1 hour. Just before serving, add greens and toss. Yield: 5 servings.
