- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup slice radishes
- 1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
- 5 cups torn salad greens
- In a large bowl, combine the celery, cucumber, carrots, and radishes. Add the dressing and refrigerate for 1 hour. Just before serving, add greens and toss. Yield: 5 servings.
