"This was very good. I used gluten free bread for our family. The only thing I would do differently next time is mix all the bread with the wet ingredients and then put half in then the cream cheese then the other half. I ended up with some burnt pieces on the top that did not get completely covered by the wet mixture. I will make again though. The flavor was good and was very easy."

"This recipe was ok when I made it according to the directions, but excellent when I beat the cream cheese and added sugar to it. I just dropped spoonfulls of the sweetened cream cheese and it made a huge difference. I also added some cinnamon to the egg mixture. The family loves it!"

"I make two of these every year for our mothers day brunch. I think this year I will try the other members suggestions and add blueberries to one of them."

"This was wonderful. I made 2. One just as recipe says, and adding blueberries. The other one I used fat free cream cheese, egg substitute, and sugar free syrup, and of course 1 cup blueberries. This one was equally as good."
