- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Store in the refrigerator. Shake before serving. Yield: 1-2/3 cup.
