Reviews for Maple Butter
"I didn't have any maple syrup on hand, but I did have maple extract. I beat 1/2 teaspoon maple extract and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar into 1/2 cup softened butter. It tasted wonderful! Next time I'd probably add a dash of cinnamon."
"My sister and I made this and it was okay. My sister melted the butter so then it was separated from the maple syrup which was gross! After letting it firm back up, we put it on our French toast for breakfast. Most of my family liked it! I might make it again, but we will make sure NOT to melt the butter next time. I am not sure it was worth the little bit of extra work to mix together the butter and maple syrup when we can just pour it on separate."
"I am from NH and we have great maple syrup up here. I made this to have with home made bagels in the morning and it was VERY GOOD thank you so much for a nice easy recipe!!"
