Maple and Parsley Butter Recipe
The sweet aroma of maple syrup draws you in, but after one bite of corn that’s slathered in this butter, and you’ll be hooked for life. —Kevin Varble, Harrisville, Utah
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- Dash pepper
- 1. In a small bowl, beat all ingredients. Chill until serving. Yield: 1/2 cup.
