Mango Smoothies Recipe
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 cups frozen chopped peeled mangoes
- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
1 cup: 237 calories, 2g fat (1g saturated fat), 4mg cholesterol, 48mg sodium, 56g carbohydrate (47g sugars, 4g fiber), 5g protein.
