Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 12 ounces peach yogurt (about 1-1/4 cups)
  • 2-1/2 cups frozen mango chunks

1 cup equals 180 calories, 1 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 5 mg cholesterol, 71 mg sodium, 39 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 6 g protein.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
