Mango Orange Quencher Recipe

Our home economists suggest you serve this beautiful beverage at your next brunch in place of mimosas. Just chill the base one hour before adding the club soda.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mango nectar
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 bottle (1 liter) club soda, chilled
  • Lime slices, optional

Directions

  • 1. In a large pitcher, combine the nectar and juices. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • 2. Just before serving, stir in club soda. Serve in champagne flutes or wine glasses. Garnish with lime slices if desired. Yield: 13 servings (2-1/2 quarts).
