Mango Lassi Recipe
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 medium mango, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cardamom pods, crushed, optional
- 1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango, ice, sugar, mint leaves and cardamom pods if desired. Cover and process for 30-60 seconds or until blended. Pour into two chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
