Makeover Honey French Dressing

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup apricot nectar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- In a blender or food processor, combine the first nine ingredients;
- cover and process until blended. While processing, add oil in a
- steady stream. Process until thickened. Store in the refrigerator.
- Yield: 2 cups.
