From Massena, New York, Lucia Johnson shares this creamy dessert that no one will suspect is on the lighter side. Because it calls for only three ingredients, you can whip up the colorful treat without much effort.
- 1-1/2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 5 servings.
