Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 4% cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1 hot baked potato

Directions
