Little Cheddar Meat Loaves Recipe

Paula Petersen in Granite City, Illinois says her recipe for cheesy meat-loaf cups is “great when you have a craving for meat loaf but no time to bake it. My husband and I just love these served with au gratin or fried potatoes.”
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 30 min. YIELD:2 servings

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
  • 4 teaspoons ketchup
