Lime Paradise Recipe
I am 10 years old and love to watch my Mom cook. I also enjoy watching cooking programs on TV. One hot day last summer, Mom let me experiment with something cool and refreshing. When I was done, I had a mess…but a very taste drink
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Ice cubes
- 2 cups water
- 1. In two rocks glasses, muddle the mint, lime juice and sugar. Add ice; pour in water. Yield: 2 servings.
1 cup equals 62 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 4 mg sodium, 16 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 1 starch.
