Lime Milk Shakes Recipe
“My daughter likes to make these delicious shakes in our blender. I turn them into Popsicles by freezing them, or use orange or rainbow sherbet and orange juice concentrate to switch up their flavor." Crystal Sheckles-Gibson - Beespring, Kentucky
- 2-1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup thawed limeade concentrate
- 3 cups lime sherbet, softened
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
3/4 cup equals 251 calories, 4 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 9 mg cholesterol, 71 mg sodium, 49 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 4 g protein.
