Lime Milk Shakes Recipe
- 2-1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup thawed limeade concentrate
- 3 cups lime sherbet, softened
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
3/4 cup: 251 calories, 4g fat (3g saturated fat), 9mg cholesterol, 71mg sodium, 49g carbohydrate (44g sugars, 2g fiber), 4g protein.
