Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup thawed limeade concentrate
  • 3 cups lime sherbet, softened

Nutritional Facts

3/4 cup equals 251 calories, 4 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 9 mg cholesterol, 71 mg sodium, 49 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 4 g protein.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
