Lettuce with Buttermilk Dressing for 2 Recipe
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 cups torn leaf lettuce
- 1. In a small bowl, whisk the buttermilk, sugar, mayonnaise and vinegar until blended. Serve over lettuce. Yield: 2 servings.
