Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 6 cups torn leaf lettuce

1 serving (1-1/2 cups) equals 95 calories, 6 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 3 mg cholesterol, 61 mg sodium, 10 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 2 g protein.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the first four ingredients. Toss with lettuce or serve on the side. Refrigerate any leftover dressing. Yield: 4 servings.
