- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Hot cooked pasta
- Pasta sauce, optional
- Toss cheese with lemon peel and garlic. Sprinkle over pasta and, if desired, sauce. Yield: 1 serving.
