Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Hot cooked pasta
  • Pasta sauce, optional

Directions

Toss cheese with lemon peel and garlic. Sprinkle over pasta and, if desired, sauce. Yield: 1 serving.
