  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened if necessary
  • 18 miniature meringue cookies
  • 6 cups cold pink lemonade

Nutritional Facts

1-1/2 cups with 3 cookies: 282 calories, 7g fat (4g saturated fat), 29mg cholesterol, 77mg sodium, 51g carbohydrate (48g sugars, 0 fiber), 3g protein.


  1. Place 1/2 cup ice cream and three cookies in each of six tall glasses. Top with lemonade. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
