Fresh blueberries star in this light and luscious treat sent in by Nykii Chouteau of Clermont, Florida. You'll need just three ingredients to stir up this super-easy fruit fluff.

Ingredients

  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) lemon yogurt

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (1 each) equals 156 calories, 7 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 2 mg cholesterol, 20 mg sodium, 19 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.

Directions

  1. Fold whipped topping and blueberries into yogurt. Spoon into a serving bowl or individual dishes. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Yield: 6 servings.
