  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1-1/2 cups (12 ounces) fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe medium banana
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup: 99 calories, 0 fat (0 saturated fat), 4mg cholesterol, 24mg sodium, 19g carbohydrate (12g sugars, 1g fiber), 5g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fat-free milk, 1/2 fruit.


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.

"Would more then likely give it 5 stars if i had the right ingredients, had to use coconut milk and noosa yogurt, but it is REALLY good! You can't even notice the spinach and I even put more in then usually. Overall great recipe!"
