Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped peeled kiwifruit
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until
  • smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3
  • servings.
