Kiwi Bananaberry Smoothies Recipe

- 2 cups chopped peeled kiwifruit
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
1 cup: 250 calories, 3g fat (2g saturated fat), 8mg cholesterol, 58mg sodium, 54g carbohydrate (42g sugars, 6g fiber), 6g protein .
