Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped peeled kiwifruit
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey

1 cup equals 250 calories, 3 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 8 mg cholesterol, 58 mg sodium, 54 g carbohydrate, 6 g fiber, 6 g protein.

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.

I did not like the honey in it.

So the second time I made it, I put I little juice instead. yum :)
