Reviews for Kansas Cucumber Salad
"This is the way my Mom made it and so do I. We love it and it is a very old recipemy Mom was 80 and now I am 70 so this has been around a very long time. We have always loved it"
"My husband and I love this simple/easy to make side salad. Great way to add veggies to your diet"
"Our worship teacher's wife loves this recipe. I reduce the sugar to 1/8 cup, use balsamic vinegar, organic mayo & leave out the green onions."
"I have made this dozens of times, usually 2 or 3 times per week during cucumber season. It is a family favorite. When I take it to potlucks, I usually get a request for the recipe. The only change I make is to use large onions, instead of the small green onions. We like the onions almost as much as the cucumbers. This makes plenty of dressing, so I use 5 or 6 cucumbers."
"Very good--will make again!"
"Really good, I didnt have any MW, so I just used 3/4 c light mayo"
"I use mayonnaise when I make this, I haven't been able to stomach Miracle Whip since child #2. We all love it!"
"Fantastic! I use reduced calorie/fat Miracle Whip and it is just as tasty. Our summer favorite."
"Whenever I take this somewhere people just rave about it. Most people want the recipe. Good stuff!"
"This was really good. Fresh cukes from the garden made this a winner. They stayed crunchy. I used mayo, not Miracle Whip, since there was already sugar in it."
