Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 48 Triscuits or other crackers
  • 1/4 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, patted dry and thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Spread cream cheese on each cracker. Top with pesto and a tomato slice. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 dozen.

"These were so easy to make and tasted great! I had to keep telling people that they were sun-dried tomatoes and not hot peppers on top, but once they tried them they liked them. I will definitely be making these again!"
