Reviews for Italian Mushrooms
"Nice alternative way to fix mushrooms."
"Butter not needed. Can substitute with tarragon vinegar. Jarred mushrooms can also be used. These are just available variations of this recipe that I have tried over the years."
"Excellent and soooo easy! My husband raved about it. It didn't seem too salty to us, but we can all cut down on salt and probably cutting back on the seasoning packet, as Appy Girl suggested, I doubt would hurt the taste."
"My husband and I liked this a lot. Made as is, and will keep it that way."
"These were very tasty. Just a little to salty, so next time I will cut back on the seasoning packet mix. I think that it cutting it by 1/2 will still give you that rich, wonderful taste without the salt.It was a perfect topping to out Pulled Pork sandwiches.Janie"
"Super easy and fabulous! I served it over steaks with mashed potatoes and biscuits and hubby loved it!"
"Great taste! Can serve as a side dish or, if the mushrooms were cut in smaller pieces, it would make an excellent gravy to accompany any meat. Such simple ingredients, yet has a extraordinary taste."
"So good and easy too! I will make this over and over again"

"I made this on the day I first saw it printed. I used unsalted butter (I always do), and I believe I used a sweet onion (Vidalia) and a small 1 1/2 quart slow cooker. I was amazed at how much I enjoyed them! A wonderful, easy side dish."
