- 6 tablespoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Combine all ingredients. Use in stews (plus soups, meat loaf, spaghetti sauce and salad dressings). Yield: 10 tablespoons.
