Ingredients

  • 1 can (46 ounces) 100% DOLE® Canned Pineapple Juice, chilled
  • 1 cup light or dark rum
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, rum, sugar, lime juice and chopped mint in large punch bowl. Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint, if desired. Yield: 26-30 servings
