This stuffing, with its pleasant herb flavor, is a nice change of pace from traditional bread stuffing. The crunch comes from sunflower kernels. (Leftovers would be great in the Chicken Jambalaya recipe above.)
Jennifer Rytting of West Jordan, Utah recalls: “My father-in-law was looking for a good chicken marinade when a friend suggested mayonnaise with Italian dressing. He added the ham and cheese on his own, and we can't get enough of it! You'd never guess this BBQ is so easy and so fast!”

Cheryl Landis of Honey Brook, Pennsylvania prepares a picture-perfect dinner for two...without a lot of work. She seasons chicken and vegetables with sage and dill, then wraps them in aluminum foil, so everything grills together and cleanup is a snap.
"When I need to get dinner on the table fast for my husband and three children, I fix these filling fajitas," relates Elaine Keith of Mineral Wells, West Virginia. "With beef, chicken and shrimp, they satisfy everyone's tastes. They're wonderful with Spanish rice," she adds.
