Reviews for I Want S'more Muffins
"A uniquely delicious muffin. I tripled the recipe to get 8 jumbo-sized muffins and I did have to add additional graham cracker crumbs, about 1/3 cup, to have the right texture batter. I used a little more than the instructed amount of marshmallow cream (I used a rounded serving tablespoon) and it oozed out from all sides of the muffin and made a bit of a mess, but regardless of their somewhat rough look, they smelled and tasted delicious."
"I made these into mini muffins and they were great!!! They looked, smelled, and tasted like s'mores! Definitely making this recipe again."
"This is a definite must try!!! Thank you."
"Loved this! Definitely need to put it in a muffin pan though!"
"Third attempt with these I made some changes because of what I had on hand. I used equal amounts of heavy whipping cream in place of the sour cream and milk, and two regular sized marshmallows for each muffin. I filled the cups half way with batter, added the mallows, then added more batter on top, smushing it down the sides so the marshmallows were fully covered. That was the best batch yet!"
"These are always a hit at gatherings. I actually made 14 regular size muffins."

"I had really high expectations for these, as I really love s'mores, but they were just OK. A recipe has to be really excellent to join my overstuffed files, and this one just didn't make the cut."
"We didn't find that it tasted that much like a s'more but it was a nice enough muffin."
"Doubled the recipe and measured carefully - batter made 17 muffins (I must have small muffin pans); muffins were very good warm from the oven, but the next day were a little bit dry (unless we reheated in microwave). I will definitely make these again and try adding a bit more milk and perhaps a tad bit more sour cream."
"I took these to a cook out - was swamped for request for the recipe/ so moist and tasty...will be making these often!!"
"I made 9 muffins from this recipe. Big enough! Delicious!"
"These tasted like S'mores! They were a little bit of work to make, but worth it. I doubled the recipe and made 12 muffins, which I baked for 16 minutes. Some of the marshmallow creme oozed out of the tops and toasted, but that was a good thing."
"These are the best ever. I added extra chocolate chips! So moist and wonderful. Definitely try these!!!!"
"Loved this recipe and so did my husband! It was super easy and turned out really well. I did feel like I had batter for more than 6 muffins because they were pretty large."
"This was one of the first recipes I made from my Taste of Home cookbook and my family fell in love with these muffins. I sent a batch to the office with my husband one day and now I get constant requests for them. Easy to make and SO delicious!"
"I did not have marshmallow creme so I used mini marshmallows in each muffin, about 4 each. I liked the cinnamon."
"S'mores + muffins, how can you go wrong!"
"Oh my gosh! Is this ever so good! I like that it only makes 6 muffins. I tried it at home and my husband and I loved it. You can be sure I will be making many more and taking them to the office to share! A great recipe!"
"Not only were these easy to make, but I posted the finished product on Facebook, and friends also wanted the recipe. They are VERY good."
