  • 1 large shredded wheat biscuit
  • 1 cup milk, warmed
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

1 serving (1 each) equals 322 calories, 20 g fat (12 g saturated fat), 64 mg cholesterol, 236 mg sodium, 28 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 10 g protein.
