Hot Chocolate Mix Recipe
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dash salt
- ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup hot milk
- 1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. To use, add 2 tablespoons mix to 3/4 cup hot milk. Yield: 1-1/2 cups dry mix.
1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 154 calories, 7 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 25 mg cholesterol, 102 mg sodium, 17 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 7 g protein.

"this turned out really nice, not very chocolatey, especially after all the chocolate I grated. It has a nutty taste to it but it was good. If you love your Hot cocoa very chocolatey I would grate milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet."
