Horseradish-Glazed Ham Recipe
- 1 fully cooked bone-in ham or boneless ham (5 to 6 pounds)
- Whole cloves
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1. Score ham and stud with cloves. Bake according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine brown sugar, horseradish and lemon juice. Baste ham during the last 30 minutes of baking. Yield: 20-24 servings.
