Horseradish-Glazed Ham Recipe
- 1 fully cooked bone-in ham (5 to 6 pounds)
- Whole cloves
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1. Using a sharp knife, score surface of ham with 1/4-in.-deep cuts in a diamond pattern; insert a clove in each diamond. Bake according to package directions.
- 2. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients. Brush over ham during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Yield: 12 servings.
