Honeyed Cranberry Waldorf Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 celery rib, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (1 cup) equals 319 calories, 11 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 5 mg cholesterol, 93 mg sodium, 59 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber, trace protein.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the apple, cranberries and celery. Combine mayonnaise and honey; pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until serving. Yield: 2 servings.
