Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 celery rib, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Nutritional Facts

1 cup: 319 calories, 11g fat (2g saturated fat), 5mg cholesterol, 93mg sodium, 59g carbohydrate (47g sugars, 5g fiber), 0 protein.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the apple, cranberries and celery. Combine mayonnaise and honey; pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until serving. Yield: 2 servings.

"YUM !  Thank you !  I just copied this down and will be makeing it very soon.  A great receipe to make and take also to a Pot Luck.  We buy the BIG bag of these Cranberries at Costco.
