- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- In a large skillet, melt butter. Stir in the soy sauce, honey and garlic. Add asparagus; saute until crisp-tender. Yield: 4 servings.
