Honey Poppy Seed Dressing Recipe

This simple, fast dressing is a light refreshing way to dress up a plain lettuce salad.—Michelle Bentley, Waukesha, Wisconsin

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • 1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients. Serve over a green salad or fresh fruit. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: about 2/3 cup.
