Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 155 calories, 12 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 197 mg sodium, 12 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients. Serve over a green salad or fresh fruit. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: about 2/3 cup.
