Honey-Mustard Potato Slices

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 cup honey mustard salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased
- 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for
- 50-55 minutes or until tender. Stir before serving. Yield: 4
