This has been my husband's favorite chicken recipe for several years now! Always the way he requests chicken :) I follow the recipe exactly and it always comes out awesome. Sweet and slightly spicy with the cayenne. Great recipe that's become a staple in our home.
Wonderful chicken dish. I did use boneless, skinless, chicken breast. My husband liked it. I will be making it more in future. Thank you very much
I made this often years ago when it was first published. We love it. It had been awhile and I reintroduced my family to it recently and we still love it. The flavor of the glaze is wonderful! No changes other than I will use bone-in chicken breasts. Highly recommended!
Easy preparations and delicious!
Worshipguy said he didn't like this in part because it needed frequent basting but I forgot to do that and it turned out just fine! I like the curry flavor
