- 1 package (16 ounces) baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Place carrots and water in a 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet; stir in honey and lemon juice. Cook over low heat for 3-1/2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add carrots; cook and stir for 1 minute or until glazed. Yield: 4 servings.
