Honey Buttered Corn Recipe
- 4 ears fresh or frozen corn
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1. Cook corn until tender. Meanwhile, melt butter; stir in honey and salt. Brush corn with butter mixture. Yield: 4 servings.

"I think I did something wrong in making this recipe. I melted the butter in a pan on the stove, then while the pan was still on the burner I added the honey and salt. It all came together nicely, then solid pieces started forming which did not go away after I removed it from the heat. It all brushed on the corn nicely and they disappeared at that point, it just wouldn't have looked right had I set it on the table. Next time, I will make sure it doesn't get too hot and I will do all of my adding and mixing off of the heat."
