Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup honey

1 serving (1 tablespoon) equals 66 calories, 5 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 12 mg cholesterol, 47 mg sodium, 7 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add the honey; beat just until blended. Serve with bread, bagels or toast. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
