Homemade Honey-Mustard Dressing

This creamy honey-mustard dressing is a tangy way to top off a green salad tossed with grapes or grapefruit segments. —Carol Severson, Shelton, Washington

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  • 1. In a blender, combine the first 5 ingredients. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream until smooth and creamy. Store in the refrigerator.
